Garlic Green Beans with Tamari Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cups fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. tamari
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat until hot.
  2. Add green beans and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add garlic and continue to stir until green beans and garlic are starting to brown and the beans are crisp-tender.
  4. Add tamari sauce and stir to coat.
  5. Season with freshly ground pepper to taste.
